NetApp has appointed Thomas Kaiser as Senior Director of Partners for the EEMI Area (LATAM, Iberia, Middle East & Africa, Eastern Europe, Türkiye, CIS).
With over 20 years of international leadership experience, Kaiser has a proven track record of driving business growth across the EMEA region. Over the past 12 years at NetApp, he has played a key role in the company’s success, demonstrating transformative leadership and consistently outpacing market growth.

In his new role, Kaiser will be responsible for driving revenue generation through the Channel Ecosystem within the EEMI Area. His focus will be on developing and executing the Partner Sales strategy, identifying key partners, and strengthening collaboration between Channel Ecosystems and NetApp’s direct sales team.
