ServiceNow is committed to attracting and developing local talent, aligning with the Kingdom’s vision to empower its youth and equip them with the skills needed to thrive in the digital economy.

ServiceNow has officially opened the doors to its new Regional Headquarters for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This milestone marks a significant expansion of ServiceNow’s ongoing commitment to the Kingdom, building on its existing presence and growth in the region.

The new office was inaugurated in a special ceremony, located in Pleasant Valley. The attendees all agreed and welcomed ServiceNow’s efforts and as a core member of the KSA tech business community. They look forward to their contributions in advancing digital innovation, fostering local talent, and driving positive impact across the Kingdom. Located in the heart of Riyadh, ServiceNow’s new office is close to The Digital Garage, where the company will work to improve AI skills and drive innovation for the Kingdom.

“We are excited to develop talent in the region, particularly in AI, and to continue working with our partners and customers to positively transform the future of the Kingdom, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. This new office is testament to ServiceNow’s commitment to our ecosystem in the region and to facilitating the transformation of the Saudi economy through technology innovation and the AI-powered ServiceNow platform,” said Saif Mashat, General Manager, ServiceNow Arabia Ltd.

As ServiceNow grows its existing presence within KSA to meet customer and partner demand across the Kingdom, and following on from the company’s announcement earlier this year to invest and support regional business and government transformation, job creation, and digital skills development; the new office will be a key location for ServiceNow’s growing team in the region. Existing customers in the Kingdom include major organizations such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and more.
