Seasoned industrial leader to drive strategic partner growth across Europe, Middle East and Africa
AVEVA has announced the appointment of Sébastien Ory as Vice President of Partners & Channels for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Ory will be responsible for leading AVEVA’s network of partners and distributors across the region, with a focus on expanding indirect sales and building alliances with digital service providers, AI platform vendors, and independent software developers.
A veteran of the industry with more than 18 years of experience, Ory has held several leadership roles at AVEVA since joining in 2018, most recently serving as VP of Southern Europe and President of AVEVA France – a position he will retain. His new role will place him at the helm of a team of over 40 employees, reporting directly to Jesus Hernandez, Senior Vice President of the EMEA region.

Ory brings a wealth of experience from his time at Schneider Electric and France Telecom, where he developed a strong foundation in industrial automation and software-driven growth. At AVEVA, he has been instrumental in driving transformation in Southeast Asia and Southern Europe, helping key industries transition to sustainable and digital operations.
He now steps into one of AVEVA’s most strategic roles, tasked with scaling the reach of the CONNECT platform and enhancing synergy across the company’s broad partner network.
