After doubling its revenues last year, ZIWO takes its cloud telephony solutions to Egypt.

ZIWO has announced the opening of its new branch in Cairo. After doubling its revenues last year this is another major step in ZIWO’s hyper growth in the MENA region to provide cloud contact center solutions for companies and enhance their customer experience.

ZIWO’s cloud telephony solutions are designed to help businesses of all sizes improve their communication and customer service such as Damac, Carrefour, Tabby, Floward, Deliveroo, and many more. With features such as virtual numbers, call routing, and contact center software, ZIWO’s solutions make it easy for businesses to manage their calls and provide excellent customer service.

Speaking of the recent launch, Renaud de Gonfréville, CEO and Co-Founder, ZIWO said, “After expanding our coverage within the entire Gulf area over the past 6 years, it is a new milestone in our journey to address the Emerging markets. I want to thank our team for the hard work they’ve done as well as our partners here in Egypt that have made it possible.”

Renaud added, “ZIWO is on a mission to provide the best solutions for Customer Experience and Call Center software, and we are happy to make this available to the thousands of companies in Egypt so that they can develop and thrive globally. With a sales department and an R&D center located in the beautiful Greek Campus in Downtown Cairo, our investment in Cairo will make us a real reference in the local market, and hopefully a partner of choice for all contact centers and sales departments in Egypt”.
